Priorities

This chart (via LGM) is mind-boggling. Notice that we, China, and Russia are the only actual *countries* listed--all the other wedges refer to regions or continents.

And shit, man, Russia and China are both waaaay bigger than we are and have more actual troops dealing with actual territorial issues within their actual boundaries or at their actual borders. (Whatever you may think of the particular merits of their wars.)

But we can't afford to take care of the health of our own population.
