Epater la bourgeoise

Our good friends over at Gene Expression are continuing to try to impugn my character. Apparently I am also a Bad Mother and my children will grow up to hate me. Plus ca change.
I started to post a longish comment over there, but then realized I am just being baited, and that the pile of false logic and poor reasoning is too high for me to spend hours picking it apart. Plus others, who are not being personally indicted and are therefore keeping cooler heads, are doing it for me, and I really hate flamewars.
I think, instead, I will let the gentleman I was sex-chatting with last night have the final word:
Me: I actually like my bourgeois life. Especially because I get to epater la bourgeoise, thereby having my cake and eating it too.
Him: :)
Me: I am honor bound to admit that in fact I have an open marriage.
Him: So you are enjoying the fact of being married, having a beautiful kid, and being a beautiful woman who can do what she wants?
Me: Exactly :)
Him: Should I envy your husband now? I guess I should.
Me: LOL. Only if you are so open-minded as to envy a man whose wife is not "faithful." Which a lot of men are not.
Him: I envy a man who is married to a woman who has not forgotten she is attractive to other men.
